Small Business Quick Start – $400 and up
We meet, discuss your needs, wants, cares and get moving. We choose a preset style that will come to life with your information and media. A demo site you can check and give feedback on is maintained throughout the project.
Blog Install, Customization and Training – $800 and up
We meet to decide if a blog platform fits your business and message. We’ll take the WordPress blogging platform and create a site that matches the style of your current website or business content. A blog is about the content, not the design, so a blog’s stylings are meant to be aesthetically pleasing, subtle and clean, almost in the background. We’ll sit down in a few training sessions on how to blog, and how to use the system once we’ve customized a blog layout to fit you.
Blog and Website Updates – $30-50/hour
These are piece meal, I’ll be glad to accommodate small changes up to 3 months after we’ve completed a project together, otherwise anything Joomla, HTML, or WordPress related is fair game.
Typical Add-Ons
Hosting and Domain – $100/year
If you don’t already have a website, you need these. A domain is your websites name, hosting is where the files of your website live. We can manage and provide both. 50 free e-mail addresses managed through the Gmail platform are included, along with collaborative documents and calendars for your company. If you’d like to switch from your current provider, we’ll gladly facilitate that as well.
SEO – Monthly Charge
If you’re interested in promoting your website through more than exact name only Google searches, then optimizing your website and performing regular submissions to several web platforms, amongst other tactics, are used for increasing website traffic.
Forms – $50
Capturing simple information on the web. Names, numbers, e-mails, etc. Requires existing platform.
E-mail Marketing – $100
Implementing a system for capturing e-mails and then managing them through a series of lists for sending out marketing letters. Includes adding a few forms to your site/page and training on how to access the e-mails lists.
E-Commerce Store – Varies
Online store requirements vary wildly, so e-mail us with your situation for more information. I can accommodate e-commerce websites on a large and small scale but it’s often more a question of platform and working with the methods available before design and implementation are discussed. Examples: PayPal or a custom payment gateway (Volusion).
